Exciting projects in CONSTRUCTION:

Longmont:

Basement remodel for theatre, bar and wine room. Plus remodel of Laundry and Butlers pantry upstairs.

Baker:

Tight site, complicated addition in the middle of an existing home – saving the 1890’s home in front and the new family room addition in back. Adding a second story with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a usable attic space. Tricky structural work – VERY wet winter to try to get this one done.

Wash Park:

Small addition on the rear a home built in 1910 home to give a big impact. A new stair in the addition connects to the basement and the second floor (which previously only had access from an outside stair and deck). A caring crafting of a beautiful home blends element of old as this family welcomes their first child to a  “new” home.

Bow Mar:

A house on the lake gets an update to maximize its connection to the outdoors. From the moment you step in the door the lake is in full view and the remodel to an open plan living, dining and kitchen provides for indoor-outdoor entertaining. A small garage addition has a big impact as functional flow improves for a family with 3 very busy kids gets much needed storage, a mudroom and laundry. The master suite also gets a significant make over, all within the existing footprint.
